KIRLIAN CAMERA + TANZ OHNE MUSIK in Control Club, April 29, 2011
VIVA MUSIC continues the series of events under ELECTRONIK with a sizzling concert on April 29 in Control Club (19, Academiei St.) with the darkwave legend, KIRLIAN CAMERA and TANZ OHNE MUSIK, Romania’s most viral electro act of the moment.

KIRLIAN CAMERA, the first Italian band to be signed by coveted Virgin records, is on their first Romanian date, and their Romanian concert will be a literal explosion of darkwave mixed with synthpop, in the already renowned signature sound that the band patented in the history of music. A focal point of darkwave history, the activity of KIRLIAN CAMERA is a musical excursion of many years: from their first mini album to date, Angelo Bergamini and his band mates have never desisted and always managed to capture the scene and music technology with a personal twist in more than 20 albums and several hundreds of live dates.
Next to Angelo is Elena Fossi, also the frontwoman of SPECTRA PARIS, which is a refined and sexy project that adds value to the scene through an all-female lineup of ‘dead model society’ with ‘young ladies homicide club’ skills, to quote album names from their act. KIRLIAN CAMERA concerts are an energetic wave expressed via alert and subtle instrument and exceptional vocal exercise in all languages on Earth, as a polyglot manifesto for messages that appeal to all generations.
The concert will be opened by the Romanian act TANZ OHNE MUSIK, a project by Dan Serbanescu (The Pixels, Divine Muzak) with visuals by Vali Chincisan. Dan will set up a tripod of atmosphere in Control Club, captivating sounds and lights on which KIRLIAN CAMERA will lay the camera and take photos of an ecstatic audience.
VIVA MUSIC’s ELECTRONIK concerts include to date MELOTRON (January 2009) and COVENANT (April 2010) concerts. They blend in perfectly with DARKWAVE.RO fests (February 2009, October 2010, January 2011) and other concerts from the same palette, such as COMBICHRIST+MORTIIS (March 2010).
Tickets cost 20 ron (presale) and 25 ron (at the venue) and can be bought online on www.myticket.ro, and www.ticketpoint.ro, as well as from Diverta, Muzica and Sala Palatului stores.
